The second a human turns 3 years-old they control the world. Feet can pretty much go wherever they want to go without a lot of adult assistance (but they now require a LOT of adult supervision).
And hands? At 3 years-old there’s a ton of new stuff to explore and everything is amazing. Especially the beautiful music made when pretending to be a dog and slamming piano keys like a rock star.
