I received an email today and the closing line was, “Stay at the helm today, no matter the storm.” Pretty good advice me thinks. Especially for a Monday.
Living in rural Indiana, we know all about storms. Don’t we? And in life… well, we all know about storms there too. I’m almost ready to launch into my best rendition of REO’s song, ‘Ridin’ the Storm Out’, with the lyrics, “It’s a hard life to live. But it gives back what you give.” Instead, I’ll simply share a photo of the blooming redbud tree in the front yard and one simple suggestion:
(It’s so much better than sharing a dark closet with a bajillion pair of shoes.).
