In 2001, the featured ‘person’ for the month was actually a Crothersville class — the class 1973. Before you read the updates on classmates, please let me remind you that this was updated in 2001, 10 years ago, and some people mentioned are no longer with us.

I admit, I really suck. Alisa celebrated her 29th ::cough:: birthday on Sunday, and even though I spoke with her, I was so caught up in everything I forgot to wish her a happy day; I didn’t sing to her; and I didn’t even tease her about being old as dirt.
So happy belated birthday to my BFF — an absolutely beautiful person inside and out.
Ken Johnson
Ken, (KJ) resides on a small farm on Vashon Island in Puget Sound, a short ferry ride from downtown Seattle. He is an Executive with the Bank of America, responsible for Northwest government relations and his principal hobby is training his 2 border collies to compete in sheep dog trials.
Mark Toppe
Mark is married to Chata (Donahue) and is the father of 2 children. He currently lives in Seymour and works for the US Postal Service.
Mary Lou Hall Monroe

Cheri is married to John Dorsey and the couple recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary! They live in Crothersville and have 2 children, Andy and Melanie. Melanie is married and is building a new home in Scottsburg. Andy currently lives at home and is employed by the Wal-mart Distribution Center, as is his sister.
