casey has a dog

The new Casey Anthony video diary, (you know, the one where she says, “I hate being on camera.” ::cough cough:: yah, right), she talks about the ton of THINGS that are hers. The whole “this is mine, and that is mine, and that’s mine too” blah blah blah crap reveals her ownership of: A phone. A new computer. A camera. And… please don’t say you’re serious…

a dog.

I hope the LOSER likes her dog better than she did her daughter.

And for the record, even the 2nd-rate dog in my house is better than hers. I’m certain of it.

blue sky day

It’s an awesome blue sky that’s watching over the Ville today. And, it’s warm for right here, right now — 54 degrees. Yesterday I predicted that today would be a better day, and I do my very best to never disappoint myself.

Taking advantage of the current weather, Mr. Hitchcock (Coty — not Alfred) went to work on the outside holiday lights and decorations. Everything is now neatly boxed and packed away, waiting to be brought back out in time for the next Practice Christmas.

educated guess

Yes, it’s been one of THOSE days…

Busy is good. Hectic is even ok. But when things go wrong when it’s crazy already, the day quickly dissolves into what one might call an Educated Guess…

Tomorrow is going to be better — fabulous even! I can’t wait to get up in the morning!

or you can rejoice because thorns have roses.

we useta’ couldn’t do this

The pesky neighbors are in Florida complaining about the cold weather they are experiencing right now. We are in Indiana complaining about the cold weather here too. What’s really cool is that we no longer have to connect by snail mail, or even by phone anymore to see who can complain the best.

As Mom would say, “We useta’ couldn’t do this!”

it is 66 in Vegas

I was supposed to fly out today for Vegas — a meeting with speakers reference technology. Ironically, I got strep throat instead. Can you even imagine infecting speakers with a throat bacteria? Me either. That’s why I’m still in the Ville where it’s 21 degrees and snowing — when I should be in Vegas where it’s 66 degrees and sunny.
