A kitchen is the worst place EVER to record video. Why? First, think of a kitchen’s normal background sounds. A refrigerator, present in every kitchen I am aware of, has a humming type of sound that does nothing but add background noise to any recording.
In addition, if you’re thinking of taking photos, most often times a kitchen is a poor choice for that as well. Your background will most likely be too busy, and there’s simply so many other locations you can choose that will be more interesting.
