I still walk on the treadmill every single day. I don’t like it one bit better than I did when I started a few years ago, but still, I do it. The only difference is… now… I have to wait my turn.
Not sure if it’s because it’s hot outside or if the treadmill is “fun” for those MUCH younger than me — but Coco thinks it’s awesome to walk while not moving forward. 🙂
