There are so many house projects going on around here… for example — a new well (that also requires a plumber), painting, new furnace and A/C unit, etc. AND, there are so many work projects going on around here at the same time because the boss/brother leaves tomorrow for a few weeks in Australia only to return to even more confirmed dates. All this leaves little personal time.
It also leaves me going to bed MUCH too late and requires I’m up to start all over again with around 4 hours sleep. Of course, that means I take a nap after I get my belly full after dinner, and then I’m not sleepy at bed time. It’s a cycle that makes me a slacker. I’m guessing you have a similar story and are saying, “Welcome to my world.“
I’ve not been walking every day or doing any exercise other than climbing up and down a ladder holding a paintbrush. I’ve simply GOT to change this.
Starting Monday a new routine is incoming!
But not just for me — there’s another slacker around here…
