Day 3 of Libby’s self-confidence boost: LOVABLE
As we continue to day #3 of displaying Libby’s 5 best attributes to help build her self-confidence (wrecked by Mike Hall’s dog’s display earlier in the week), we must note that Libby is lovable!

Everyone loves the brown hound. Not only is she affectionate, she’s loved by the masses as well. Her gentle nature and her kind eyes are qualities that are simply too great to ignore.

Day 2 of Libby’s self-confidence boost: FEMININE
We’ve found that by making a list of your best attributes (even if only 5), you begin to feel better about yourself. Libby is no exception. Day #1 absolutely helped with her self-esteem issues and she’s ready for day #2 of Libby Rocks!

Libby is feminine. She’s a real girly girl — none of the getting wet in a muddy pond for this diva! She much prefers a fluffy couch and a warm blankie. She smells pretty too — like ‘real’ girls should!

Day 1 of Libby’s self-confidence boost – GREAT BODY:

Libby has a voluptuous figure that she works very hard to maintain. Some might say she’s large-chested even. And no, she’s not fat or even a smidgen overweight. Voluptuous is an attribute that should absolutely make Libby’s top 5 confidence builder list.

The whole ‘Mike’s Dog’ thing has Libby totally depressed. It was bad enough that she could detect the scent of another dog on our clothing after the Sunday outing, but then she had to find out that this other dog’s photos appeared on her BLOG. So we have a plan to re-build Libby’s self-confidence, and you — dear chums and faithful cadre of the ‘Nothing Matters’ elite — get to experience the confidence boosting moments right here … almost live!
For the next five days, we will prove Libby’s worth by sharing her best attributes — that’s right — a new ‘WHY LIBBY ROCKS‘ each day for the next five, fun-filled days!
We start tomorrow, so make sure to tune in!!

Yesterday I talked about going to The Pines for dinner and promised to share a few photos of one of Mike’s dogs. I’m pretty sure her name is Abby, and I think if you search the posts within Mike’s BLOG, you’ll find some information and photos about her there as well.
As we were getting in the car to leave after our wonderful meal, I see Mike with this dog heading toward the pond that’s located on the east side of the restaurant parking lot. Even better — it’s a lab (of course my favorite). I love watching people interact with their pets (sorry Libby — I know you’re human) and this was no exception…

Mike throws a normal sized stick into the water. Abby jumps in the pond; swims to the stick; fetches and promptly returns it. I get out of the car and head toward the duo with the camera. (Mike sees a chance to perform and he’s not going to miss it!) Trying to show off his dog’s athletic attributes, Mike picks up 1/2 a tree and heaves it into the water. Abby dives in. This tree part was so big that the poor hound was laboring with the sheer size of it…practically going in a circle trying to get it to the bank. Once she gets on dry land, she’s so intent on trying to drag that HUGE log back to him, she doesn’t even want to leave it to come and meet her audience. Finally, she does…

Right before we turn to leave, Abby starts digging in the water. Not sure what she was after this time, but Mike explained that she’s pretty much changed the topography of the entire rim of the pond, and has in the past found some interesting stuff during her excavation processes.

Libby is feeling a little less self-confident, as she ponders her distant cousin’s special abilities. We’ll work on that tomorrow I guess. Not sure what we’ll come up with, but I’ll be sure to share it here!
