Today I wrote an article for Scott McKain’s UCEzine that will go out to the masses tomorrow. It was basically all about loyalty and how customers choose to continue to do business with those with whom they are loyal. I gave the example of Bobbie the Wonder Dog. Old Bobbie is like the best example of loyalty ever. When the pooch got separated from his owners, he walked 2800 miles just to get back to them.
Of course that got me thinking about Libby and what her loyalty factor really is. Now Libby loves me unconditionally. She would rather be with me on the couch than anyplace else on the planet. Still, the girl loves chicken. I’m pretty sure if someone along the 2800 mile trek would offer her chicken, she would forget all about me.
