LOST — are you kidding me??
Six years of watching a series — a totally awesome experience — the last show (in my opinion) was such a let-down that I still can’t believe it. So…does the ending say that if you are in the back of a plane when it goes down you don’t get to heaven? For example — Mr. Eko was a good dude and he wasn’t there (although I can understand Ana Lucia not being invited to the church). Emma and Zack didn’t make it to the good place from the tail section and they were kids — and, Vincent, the yellow labrador wasn’t there either! Don’t ever sit in the tail section of an aircraft people! I’ve warned you.
And I was THRILLED when Shannon was killed because Sayid (one of my favorites from day 1) would be rid of her, but they reunited in the dead zone? Nooooo!
And did the initial crash really kill everyone — because everyone at the church was dead…Jack’s dead father told us that much. But if they all died when the plane initially crashed — all of those who reunited wouldn’t have known about one another in the first place. And speaking of Jack’s dead father, why him? He was a drinking surgeon whose mistakes cost the life of an innocent patient. He was the king of adultery (otherwise, we wouldn’t have met Claire). Still, he made it, and hound dog Vincent didn’t? No fair!!
I’m still trying to explain to Gracie that LOST was nothing more than a TV series. The whole Vincent thing has her pretty distraught.
