When you do things you don’t normally do, it will wear you out. Especially things you’ve never ever done before — those things will even make you sleepy! And if your belly is full? It’s all over…

(I must’ve messed that up because I’m still not back into the whole blog posting mode again yet — or maybe it was because I was daydreaming about Antoine. Ooops!)
I’ve yet to have a real vacation this summer, but I’ve looked at a ton of photos shared by others from various spots throughout the continental US. Oh yah, their photos were cool and all that — but I didn’t see anything that compares to what you can find to see and do right here locally.
So how did I get this jewel of a photo to share? I had a couple friends connect to ask Perry and I to join them for dinner. Of course they said the place was ‘unique’ and ‘relaxing’, and they maybe even said the words ‘little’ and ‘country’. But I really wasn’t prepared to sit down to dinner where you could also buy groceries and check in the wild turkey you just killed. Heck, this place is also a state deer checking station! For real! (See the signs in the window?)
Get this — the food was awesome (no deer on the menu, but I noticed they serve turkey)! And although I did take a photo of one person in the party with my trusty iPhone at the same time I snapped the photo above, I’ve chosen to omit it from this post and its inclusion in the vast number of Internet images. You’re welcome, Todd.
Ok, maybe I’m not in love with this dude — but he has a lot of really cool qualities. If you don’t know who Antoine Dodson is, you’re most likely living under a rock.
Antoine is the brother of the girl who woke to find a man in her bed in Huntsville, AL. The intruder was attempting to rape Antoine’s sister, and he not only rescued her, but had a few comments for others living in the projects, as well as a direct message for the culprit. I mentioned that the southern office of MPG was working through an Asia tour last month. What I didn’t mention is that the Ville is now nationwide! Want proof? Check out the photo below of my favorite brother on the planet as he was presenting to a group in Singapore — and notice the slide image behind him.

Now I’m sharing this because I’m expecting an influx of Asian people who wish to relocate within the boundaries of town. I imagine they will soon be snatching up property and starting new businesses, and I want residents to be prepared for that.
