Some like fall or spring, few admit to loving winter, and others, like me, think summertime in the burg is the best. I rarely complain that it’s too hot. And, I love being outside — even doing nothing at all. Relaxing with a cup of coffee when it’s quiet in the morning before starting work is awesome, and is one of the things I enjoy most during the summer season.
And even though we grill in the spring and fall — and occasionally in the winter too — there’s nothing better than a burger on the grill with fresh tomatoes from the garden. (To help YOU get in the grillin’ mood too, I have to again provide a link to one of the Weber grill “Have Fun With It” commercials — they always make me smile.)
I claim it’s because I’m too busy, but it may be because I’m simply too lazy. Evidently. But that’s where those pesky neighbors come in handy! The male pesky unit claims they only come back to Indiana from Florida to work. I’m good with that — so long as it means I have fresh green beans, cucumbers, zucchini and TOMATOES. They are pretty good company too…
