why, good morning, AT&T

AT&T sent a personal text to my iPhone this morning. I didn’t request a wake-up call, but they felt it so important to let me know of a new app that they decided to text me anyway.

On a Sunday. Morning.

At what point will AT&T realize that we (customers) would really rather have decent service? Apps are nice…but being able to make a call or not having our calls dropped would be a tad higher on the priority request list.

I’m willing to bet that my reaction to the early morning AT&T connection was pretty close to the reaction of the pesky neighbors to whatever it was I said right before taking this shot…
