Last month I was engaged in conversation with my favorite brother on the planet about social media. I even posted about it right here and showed off my kloutless style. What I didn’t talk about then was the offer to have business cards printed by a company called Moo. A deal was made; Moo became an affiliate of Klout; and the card printing offer went out to everyone signing up for a new Klout account. The offer was clear — card printing for free but with a Klout logo on the front. Figuring I wouldn’t use the cards anyway because the whole thing was more or less me poking around to see how I could manipulate my score, I didn’t care if their logo was there or not — they were FREE, you guys.
I’ve not handed out even one of these business cards although the paper they are printed on is amazing. What I did do; however, is order more business stuff from Moo — not just because of the quality I would’ve never known about without the free cards, but also because they have incredibly cool stuff!! Since you don’t have to stick with the same image throughout your order, there are a lot of things you can do with a little imagination. Your clients and prospects are sick of email marketing, I’ll betcha. I know I am.
