I thought the photo taken on my birthday of Ben, Coco and me was decent. It was an iPhone shot and none of us looked glamorous or anything, but I liked it enough to think of it as a great memory and share it here and on Facebook. Ben, on the other hand, checked it out and proceeded to grump at me because he didn’t like the way he looked. And then, he dropped Coco off here today to get a haircut. I know I’m old but I really don’t mind longer hair on guys. Actually, I like it a lot. However, I must admit, Ben looks 1000% better with short hair. Agree?
Evidently, you get a better view of yourself in a photograph than you do in a mirror. So how about taking time to shoot a self portrait or two… even if you do it on your phone. (No pouty lips please — there’s enough of THAT going around already.)
