When I started my painting project early in the day, I was hoping I could finish before it got unbearably hot. Once I got everything together, I realized the day started out hot. Almost 88° by 10:00 AM.
I was so sick of looking at that white garage door — replaced right after New Year’s Day — I trudged outside anyway.
I tried out about a bajillion different color options before even getting to the point of applying real paint… using Photoshop to ‘color in’ the front door and garage door. Not a whole lot you can do with an orange (ish) colored roof. I almost went with green. Pretty happy I didn’t.
This ole’ place has come a long way, baby.
