Today I want to review the camera on the Samsung Note 10 Plus and the iPhone 11 Pro Max. I talked about the death of my poor iPhone in an earlier post, as well as the fact that I’m currently using a spare Note 10+. Before I go into detail, let me just share this photo comparison…
I know the photo above is smaller and you might not be able to see differences as easily as you would if they were larger or even printed. Still, you get the idea, right?
Listen, I know I need to use my phone as a phone. That’s the ONLY reason I’m not still using the broken iPhone. But photos are important to me!
So check out this adorable photo of Merida showing that she knows perfectly well which stocking is hers. What I see is basically a silhouette with no detail, no sharp contrasts, and a bunch of blurry crap.
Reviews are mixed — some reputable tech sites say the iPhone camera is better while others say the exact opposite. Only one opinion is right, and that would be mine. The Samsung Note 10+ is a POS. My son would say the opposite. He is wrong. So wrong that Dharma is even embarrassed for him.
I sure do hate to spend another $1300 bucks when business is in the can right now, but I’m not sure I can stand not to.
How severe the pandemic is in the places where people I care about are located…
Daily NEW COVID-19 cases (7 day moving average):
Indiana-89.8 (down slightly); Jackson Co – 108.8 (tad up) — 7.77% infected (same); Florida 49.2 (up); Nevada – 79.2 (down slightly)
TIL (today I learned): Film critic Roger Ebert briefly dated Oprah Winfrey, and persuaded her to syndicate The Oprah Winfrey Show. I also know he gave my favorite brother’s performance rave reviews in the movie Stroszek, and rated it as one of the best movies of all time. I wish he would’ve instead suggested to syndicate “The Scott McKain Show.”
