We all know that icicles “have been known to kill people.” This means that our home has the potential for mass murder.
More snow this morning, but it has warmed up from the 0’s to the 20’s. I ventured out to the mailbox, but no one has cleaned the porch or the sidewalk — or even the driveway for that matter.
In the land of COVID, that doesn’t matter since visitors aren’t likely and the driveway is good enough to get in and out of. That PLUS the fact that we’re going to be in the 40’s with rain by Sunday, working to clear snow seems like a big ole’ waste of time and energy. Bigger problems are the horizon… like… dogs going outside in the muck and tracking it all over the house by weekend.
The peskies got their 2nd COVID vaccination yesterday and all is well. My favorite brother, living in Nevada, is trying to get an appointment now that their state has lowered the age to 65+ but can’t get in anywhere. Me? I keep refreshing the Indiana vaccine site to see when my age group opens up. Nothing yet. đ
TIL (Today I learned): Brain scans have found that women are more responsive to romance after they have been fed. Food may be the way to a man’s heart, but it’s the way to womenâs heart, as well.
