I don’t care that today is only Wednesday… it feels like it should be Friday. Yesterday was crazy with people wanting things out of the ordinary. Ben and I pulled a few rabbits out of hats and made it through, but I really hope we don’t have a repeat.
Good thing I had help…
I don’t know if Dharma was making sure I was working, or reminding me that sitting on crossed legs in a computer chair is bad for my posture — and my back.
I almost forgot…
Dharma wanted in the tub after I got out and I couldn’t help but take a photo. Her face is so cute and sweet, it almost made me forget I caught her eating turds in the backyard about 30-minutes earlier. ALMOST.
Inquiring minds want to know.
Yup, that phrase is a throwback from the 70’s with the release of “The National Enquirer” in the US. The tabloid publication prints sensational stories — and people (including me), love a good story.
Take Bob Saget, for instance. We know he died in his hotel room and the cause of death was head trauma and drugs and alcohol were not a factor. What we don’t know the manner of death. Then yesterday, his family sued Florida officials to block the release of his death investigation records. (MSN link)
First let me say that I think the records should be blocked. But when the reason is the family “would suffer irreparable harm in the form of extreme mental pain, anguish, and emotional distress” if further details about his death are released to the public, it makes inquiring minds wonder what the heck they found.
It’s human nature to be curious.
Add to that the lawsuit mentioned photographs, video and audio recordings were created, some of which “graphically depict Mr. Saget, his likeness or features or parts of him.” Now, inquiring minds really want to know more.
