The Associated Press says the estimated people in the US now immune to Omicron is 73%. From all red counties in Indiana to some red, but a lot of orange and even a few yellow — it’s looking better. The positivity change is all on a downhill swing except for Wabash County.
As things improve locally, the plague is currently sweeping through Rethramis. A new MMO action RPG is out — Lost Ark — and I had to explore the new land and seek out lost treasures. Once I got there, I was surprised to find that no matter where you go, the plague follows.
Lost Ark (that’s the game’s load screen over my computer’s background photo), has mixed ratings. Not any in-between reviews… they’re all either 1’s or 5’s on a 5 point scale. I don’t think it’s a one… but I don’t think it’s a five either. I don’t see myself investing a huge amount of time/effort on the game, but it’s fun to check out new stuff anyway.
TIL (Today I Learned): The song, “Hurts So Good” by John Mellencamp never reached number one in the US. It did spend more weeks in the top 10 than any other charting single during the 1980s.
