I awoke around 3:30 AM this morning and figured I’d hit the bathroom. As soon as I stood up, I realized I had ZERO balance. Nada. None. I grabbed onto the dresser and held walls to make it. Upon my return, my head was still swimming. Like crazy motion going on. I asked Alexa what it felt like to have a stroke.
Not gonna lie, I was scared. I wondered who would feed my dogs the next morning and how in the world I’d make it to a house closing. No way you can drive if you can’t even walk. Turning over in the bed was a chore.
I’d NEVER had vertigo before…
By 8:00 AM, I felt normal — other than my head was clogged up and I felt like I had a sinus infection. I’ve stayed off the computer for most of the day. No gaming!!! I had worn about 5 different pairs of glasses yesterday — from readers to real bifocals — and played an intense game online for a few hours. I basically did everything my eyes hate. I’m guessing that was the cause… and should know once I hit the bed tonight.
The trees here are just starting to turn.
It’s beginning to look like fall. Beautiful…
