First, pay for your Internet connection subscription.
- You probably have a subscription for TV.
- But you have to have other stuff to watch so you subscribe to Netflix, or Discovery +, or Disney +… ect. Or maybe all of them!
- Don’t forget Amazon Prime — and Walmart + if you want grocery delivery.
- To get decent music in your car you likely subscribe to something to get it — either Apple Music, Sirius, Amazon Music, Spotify, etc.
- Then you have Microsoft so you get the products you need to do a bit of work outside the office or when you work remotely…
- and Adobe so other needs are met — from PDF requirements to photo editing.
- Security system? Pay that subscription.
- Youtube without being interrupted 100 times… subscription — then you still listen to the ads created by the content providers within whatever it is you’re watching.
- Those who value fitness can add those subscriptions too — Oura, Peloton, Apple Fitness, etc.
- Are you a gamer? If so… pay a subscription to play AFTER you purchase the darned game.
- How about phone apps — weather is my favorite and yes, it has a subscription.
- How about listening to books? Go pay Audible a monthly subscription.
- Setapp for Mac apps… subscription.
- Evernote – planning, recipe storing, notes, reminders… yup, sub it up!
- and on…
- and on…
EEEK!!
I’m subscriptioned out!
Do I really need all those subscriptions?
Immediately, I think, “YES! Yes, I do!”
But in reality, I’d be better off to unplug a bit and enjoy what’s around me.
I’m about to reevaluate what I have going out in subscriptions.
Maybe you should too. 🙂
Now you know: Most airlines never use a flight number again if that flight has a fatal crash, except for American Airlines, which keeps using flight #1 despite three major crashes.
