This was taken right before the lawnmower made its final rounds of the year:
Fall foliage is close to peak in the Ville, I think. If it isn’t, the frost forecasted for tonight should push the rest of the green to turn. This coming week, we’re supposed to have temps every single day in the mid-high 70’s before it turns cold.
The week ahead promises to be busy.
I’ll be starting on the flooring this week while still keeping the wheels on the “real work” bus. That should be interesting since my primary computer will be who knows where.
I have to take Mr. Pesky (who is now sick) to an eye exam later in the week — and hit the Wholesale Club with Katie to pick up what we’re taking to the McKain reunion. All that while trying to keep the doggos out of the space they’re used to spending all their time in so the floors can dry.
I’ll be glad to be on the other side of this project, but will share photos as I (hopefully) progress. 🙂
Now you know: Dogs can smell stress from human sweat and breath. This means that dogs can be trained to preemptively offer comfort to sufferers of psychological illnesses like PTSD, to prevent attacks and improve quality of life.
