Pineapple Don’t Have a Name.
This sort of looks like a topiary world map with yellow water. 😁
It came out of the oven at around 1:00 AM so tasting it warm wasn’t an option for anyone but me, and I didn’t want to be eating that late/early. This has moved past the cherry version and in my book above the apple one too. It was a hit all around… and so easy!
Pour a can of crushed pineapple into the bottom of a pan. Mix 1 c flour, 1 c of sugar, a pinch of salt and one egg into 1 & 1/2 sticks of melted butter. Pour that on top of the pineapple and bake for 75 minutes at 325°. That’s it! See? Even I can make good stuff to eat every once and awhile.
