Life is not perfect.
Everyone on the planet has ups and downs, frustrations, exhaustion, sleeplessness, overwhelming moments, tears, chaos, and craziness in the midst of simple day-to-day life. But these hiccups aren’t your life and you don’t have to see it that way.
When people don’t choose to display the ugly — like on social media… and even here — it can be perceived that for those people, life is always grand. Obviously, that’s never the case. But by focusing on all the good… it’s easier to ignore challenges.

Challenges — and we ALL have them — lumped together are merely a teeny, tiny black dot in our entire book of our beautiful life.
Life is about choices, right?
Your perception — and how you respond to the tiny black dots — is what makes up your experience of life.
