Yesterday was gorgeous! Sunny and 72°. It was still right at 70° at 6:30 PM — very unusual in February in Indiana.

Crazy to think that we’re supposed to have a wintery mix tomorrow.
It’s also funny how different the weather is here compared to what my brother is experiencing in Fort Wayne, Indiana, about 3 hours (195 miles) north. We’re sitting here all summer-ish and they had an accident blocking a main road with 65 reported accidents this morning.

With an event upcoming, we changed flights to get him out of Indiana early so there aren’t any travel challenges. That’s normal… what’s not normal is the unseasonably warm temperatures here on the outskirts of the Ville. Please note that I’m not complaining! 😎
Now you know: A Swedish man survived in his car for 60 days, only drinking melted snow, after being snowed in with temperatures dropping as low as -30°C. However, due to the “igloo effect,” the insulation from the snow helped keep him alive.
