Over the past several years, not one time has a Walmart Spark delivery driver taken my groceries to the wrong house. Not once! No matter if I lived in Seymour or here on the outskirts of the Ville, my grocery deliveries have arrived at my door. On the other hand, UPS can’t seem to find me…
My deliveries go to the wrong address probably 90% of the time. And it’s random which neighbor they choose to give my orders to. I’ve complained more than once… and again this time. The thing is — they absolutely know I live here because I sometimes get packages that belong to random neighbors too.
Another birthday in the books and life keeps moving forward.
I had a wonderful birthday a couple days ago, and no, I don’t FEEL any older. I felt 100 before the 17th, and I feel 100 now. 🙂
Yesterday was a severe weather event day…
After horrible storms last night, the temp has dropped about 40° here at the barndo. Still windy with a bit of rain and a snowflake thrown in now and again, I’m thinking how grateful I am to have dodged the weather bullet once again. Our power stayed on, (unlike that of Perry’s Mom in Rising Sun, IN), and we’re not having a snow storm today (like my brother & sister-in-law in Fort Wayne, IN).
