My non-Betty Crocker self is about to share a recipe that proves that good food doesn’t have to be complicated. Everyone in my family will eat it — unlike when I make tuna casserole… I refuse to eat hot tuna. 🤢
I’ve had this recipe so long I have no clue what the name of it is. And since you can use shrimp or chicken, I guess we’ll call it…
Vegetable shrimp or chicken pasta

Cook 8 oz of linguine or fehttuchini. While your pasta boils, melt enough butter in a skillet to fry either chicken (cubed) or shrimp (shelled and deveined). When the chicken/shrimp is almost done, add 2 cloves of minced garlic (or throw a few spoonfuls of garlic in a jar in your skillet) and continue cooking for a couple minutes. Add 1 cup of white cooking wine, 1 cup of water, and 1 package of Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix. Sprinkle a little dried oregano and crushed dried red peppers and stir as sauce thickens. Pour the mixture over the pasta and toss to coat.
I’d be surprised if that paragraph above is not the worst explanation of a recipe ever — but that’s how easy it is. Even I can’t screw it up, you guys. By the time your pasta is done the rest is ready to go too. Quick and easy and it serves 4.
Now you know: Madonna once leaked her own album on file sharing services but every track was a loop of her swearing at the downloaders. Hackers then took over her official site and posted the actual album.
