If you’re on Facebook (and/or Instagram), you know that every few days there’s a new AI photo fad going around. At Christmas, everyone did the Santa thing; for New Year’s Day it was champagne and party hats. Today, my feed was full of people with Easter bunnies.
For the record, I did NOT share a fake Easter bunny photo. At least not on FaceBook. 😉

Of course, those types of AI photo creations can be funny. But you know what’s NOT funny?
Fake AI photos of themselves they try to pass off as real.
Like… I saw you in the grocery store last week and your breast cup size went from an A to D in 24 hours kind of photos. Or ones where the person mysteriously loses and gains 25 pounds and think friends believe that shit. I HATE those and I feel embarrassed for the people trying to pass them off as original.
I’m all about everyone sharing whatever for fun — but don’t think your friends are so ignorant they can’t tell the difference.
Now you know: After the band Green Day had finished recording a new album called “Cigarettes and Valentines,” the master tapes were stolen. Rather than recreate the album, they decided to start from scratch and the result was their rock opera “American Idiot.”
