After days of rain, the latest severe weather threat for my slice of the world is a heat advisory. I’m good with about anything if rain isn’t involved. We’ve had enough of that here in southern Indiana already.
Moving forward to get my back back. 🙂
I thought I could get back to a relatively normal state with stretches, walking, and riding my recumbent bike. But alas, that isn’t happening. Once I did the stretches suggested by ChatGPT, things went downhill.
I’ll be calling OrthoIndy first thing in the morning. It’s time.
I hate to think about having an MRI… I’m really close to being claustrophobic. Here’s hoping I get muscle relaxers and physical therapy and don’t have to have surgery again. They say that exercising in a pool is easier on the body, and I’m hoping that’s an option for me.
With all the rain we’ve had, the pool is freezing cold.
Trying to look on the bright side of this, I won’t need to ice my back once I’m brave enough to get in there. Did I mention it’s overflowing?
