Still struggling with my back/hip/leg/whatever this is has me wide awake by 4:30 every single morning. No matter what time I go to bed, I’m up at 4:30 AM.
The dogs love this new routine — except for Hugo.
Hugo loves sleeping in and is in sync with my old sleep routine. The other 2 hounds think breakfast needs to be served about 4 hours earlier since I’m up and they’ve already been outside.
I’m hoping my sleep gets back to normal soon.
