What about 20+ years with less than 6 hours’ sleep per night? Huh? What about THAT? Still, I’m one lucky girl! My boss tells me he really doesn’t care which 16 hours of the day I choose to work.

Dharma cares nothing about how her genes are functioning because her sleep/life balance routine is right on track. She may want breakfast early, but she continues to sleep long after 10:00 AM.
