No matter if you like him or hate him, Donald Trump is powerful. I agree with a whole lot of what he’s done and is doing, but certainly not everything. Today at 10:00 AM ET, there’s a press conference scheduled to address the crime, homelessness, etc. of D.C. I wonder how far he’s going to step across lines this time. Not gonna’ lie, he worries me sometimes. 🙂
I never had a desire for power… and I still don’t.
I’ve always preferred to be ‘behind the scenes’ — no power or limelight for this girl. Trump said he was going to move the homeless away from the capital, but he didn’t say where he planned to put them. Cleaning up his backyard only to move the problem elsewhere isn’t going to make everyone happy. I take comfort knowing he’s likely not going to be moving them to Crothersville.
I wouldn’t want to be the top person on decisions or actions that involve others. I could vote… I just wouldn’t want to be the one taking responsibility alone. It’s hard enough making decisions that impact me.
Powerful or powerless?
Just like about every single thing that has a left and right answer, I’m in the middle. Not powerful… but not powerless either.
