when you have it you think it’s not important

The Seymour house had a big master bedroom. I thought at the time it was such a waste of space! I wasn’t interested in putting dual recliners in there or spending time in a room where you’re supposed to sleep.

Now that I have a small bedroom, I’ve changed my mind.

barndo bedroom

The master bedroom in the barndo is about the size of the master bath I had at the Seymour house. While it’s not tiny, I often think we could use a bit more space. Sure, a king sized bed, a couple dressers, and dual night stands fit — but there’s sure not much space leftover.

The master at the house I had built in C’ville was medium in size. We moved it to another much larger area when the addition was built, and it was only about 6 months before we moved it back to the medium-sized room.

It’s like Goldilocks and the Three Bears!

A medium sized room is just right for me… you know… like the porridge.

My granddaughter’s favorite childhood saying applies when purchasing a barndo someone else had built:
You get what you get and you don’t throw a fit.

Do you have a preference in the size of the room you sleep in?

Maybe you want bigger? Smaller? Don’t care? Whatever you have, I hope it’s just right. 🙂

Now you know: Microsoft invested two years and about US$1 billion developing the Kin, a line of mobile phones that was briefly sold in 2010. After only 48 days on the market, Microsoft discontinued the Kin line in June 2010 due to poor sales, They blamed Verizon for not promoting the phones actively enough.
