The sunflower photos I shared yesterday weren’t taken in Texas, y’all. We grow ’em bigger right here in the Ville. The sunflowers that frame the garden that belongs to those pesky neighbors are HUGE. To show you just how tall they are, I wanted to share this photo below to put it into perspective…
The peskies called to request a photo session as they plan to leave for Florida shortly and wanted to have some proof to back up the bragging they are sure to do. Of course, they asked to be photographed in front of something in the mid-day sun, with no options to move to a less harsh light setting. I walked there with one craptastic lens, no light reflectors or anything that would’ve helped the quality at all. Those pesky neighbors were thrilled with the results — me, not so much. Bee was like the honey badger.
