Read more. Learn more. Put in the time it takes (education or training or whatever it takes) to make it happen. You can laugh about folks who dream of winning the lottery yet don’t buy a ticket — but when you dedicate a baseball-sized portion of your brain to dreaming a dream but do nothing to make it a reality…. isn’t that the same thing?
