Colette’s birthday was June 4th but she was visiting her Mom. Our celebration will be this afternoon because who doesn’t need more than one birthday party?
Mine is the crazy family that has ‘practice Christmas.’ You know, where you open a few gifts early as practice for the real gig. Birthdays need practice too (unless you’re as old as me!). This is the first time we have practice post-event… but likely not the last.
At nine, this girl is all about Gudetama, LOL and Minecraft stuff. And yes, there’s something from each of those categories waiting just for the cake to be cut and ice-cream plopped on top.
Happy birthday to my favorite granddaughter… heck, she’s my favorite grandchild even! 😉
