I’m already using my birthday gift although my birthday isn’t until tomorrow. I’m now the owner of a Samsung S22 Ultra. The packaging was NOT “Apple like” — not even close. It was very lack-luster and not what you’d expect for a phone that retails for $1300.00.
It’s very similar to the Note 10+ I’ve been using, but the resolution is better and it’s so fast! I’ve yet to dive into anything really — and I feel like a traitor after being an Apple girl for so long. But since the iPhone’s camera and speaker/microphone haven’t seen significant improvements, I decided to take a walk on the wild side.
Check out the photo comparisons.
No filters… straight out of the camera and resized. Even though the images are small, the difference is evident, for sure.
If you need more proof… check out the voluptuous diva below. Again, no filter. It’s just like the Miss Universe contestant’s no makeup photoshoots they do every year — only better. 🙂
So here we go on this new Android journey. I may switch back to my old friend once the new iPhones come out in September… who knows. But for now, I’m really happy.
TIL (Today I Learned): In 2011 the ‘Belly Button Biodiversity’ project was created to study bacteria in the naval. Researchers found 2,368 different species from just 66 people, half of which were previously unknown. The average person hosted 67 different species, but no single species was common to every person. (Wonder if this will someday replace DNA evidence. 😉)
