Posting this early on a Monday morning because I figure if I commit in writing to painting today, I’ll have to follow through. I’ll post before and after photos tomorrow of the upstairs half bath. It’s the smallest room in the barndo. Pretty sure it’s a 1-day project even though I’m also painting the vanity and mirror.
The contractors promised this is their last week of work. Not sure how they’ll get done, but they are the experts. 🙂
Perry is on vacation… sort of.
Getting out of the hot tub yesterday, Perry made the comment that he felt like he was on vacation. Thing is… he IS vacationing right now — he’s between jobs — and today I’m putting him to work. He’ll be spraying weeds and probably will mow again.
No slacking — he has supervisors here.
All leaders lead differently. Some are always watching — others give you a task and leave you to it.
Those leaders who delegate work aren’t afraid to call you out if you under-perform.
