Just a little over a month from now I’ll be in Disney and I’m still struggling with my back/hip/whatever. Walking doesn’t seem to be helping this time around — if anything, it’s worse.
I know a lot of it has to do with sitting in a computer chair the majority of the time, and my posture as I sit is awful. One leg under me in the chair, and the one that’s giving me trouble is slung over the top crossed at the thigh. Only an idiot (ME!) would not see a problem in that.
Dieting sucks — I want pizza!
Staying at a lower weight should help (if I’d quit sitting like I am right this very second), and I was the biggest loser again this week of the 3 fat girls. Dharma and Merida (the other 2 fat girls) are both snoring from the couch right now and I’m so tempted to join them. 🙂
No pizza for me — but I did eat a non-pasta dish.
Using zucchini and squash instead of pasta, I pretended I was making spaghetti or lasagna. I pretended that’s what I was eating too. 😉
I fed Mom and Carl without many complaints (Mom likes less meat and Carl likes the zucchini cooked longer) 🙄, ate my lunch, and put the rest in containers in the freezer. Even once this fat girl diet contest is over, I plan to still be careful SOMETIMES as to not gain it back. I figure I can drag the containers out and microwave them for a quick lunch. I might even make pasta and pick out the veggies.
Now you know: In the early 1900s, electric vehicles accounted for about a third of all vehicles on the road and were popular due to their quiet and clean operation, especially in urban areas.
