COVID boosters are slated to be released in the fall and numbers of those infected are on the rise. The CDC says the new variant can cause infection even if you’ve been previously vaccinated or had the virus before. Just like last time, there are so many conflicting opinions — even expert ones.
How long before mask mandates — and will people comply?
The government and the media are so distrusted right now — add me as one of those that are distrustful. I wonder how receptive the general public will be to restrictions this time around. I think I’m done with vaccines. It’s possible I might change my mind, but right now I’m thinking I’ll take a pass.
Not gonna’ lie… I’m a little concerned about our Disney trip that’s in a couple weeks. I’m just going to be careful to keep my hands out of my face and wash them (or use hand sanitizer) often. I won’t mask up unless they make me.

Merida’s feeling much better! I’m not sure if that mutant frog had anything to do with her feeling ill or what exactly caused it — but she’s definitely on the mend and I couldn’t be happier.
