At the Seymour house, there were trees where I could harvest pine and cedar branches for Christmas decorations. Here at the barndo, I have plenty of trees but none are usable for holiday decor.
At least I don’t *think* there are any out there. It should be easy to spot green soon — especially now that the leaves are mostly on the ground.
I’m thinking about decorating for Christmas already.
I know… I know. It’s not even Thanksgiving yet and I’m rushing right into the Christmas season. Once the final rug pad arrives (read about my rug plight here), I’ll be pulling the decorations down from upstairs.
I have 2 (two!) more work days and then I’m off until January 15th. I’ll still check email and take any bookings that happen our way — but I won’t be constantly sitting in front of my computer. I’ll be poor, but it sure will be a nice break. 🙂
Now you know: Pink-slime journalism is the name that refers to untrustworthy American news networks that disguise themselves as local news outlets. Over 1,000 pink-slime news outlets exist, pretending to be locally-run but producing low-quality news from afar that’s meant to benefit a political party.
