I posted on shelleyerwin.com about my ruggable rug experience. Basically, the pad was too small for the rug and the initial response from the company was lackluster. But either they’re true to their products or I wrote one heck of an email because I’m now a thrilled and loyal customer once again.

They’re sending me not only a replacement rug, but also a replacement pad. And get this, you guys — they don’t want the others shipped back. 😯

The rug I chose also matches the floor in the rest of the house.

I’m hoping it’s not too big for the dining room area, because it would be nice to have more rug for poor crippled Dharma to walk on. I’ve ordered carpet tape and will still need to position furniture so the “bad one” isn’t a hazard, but I can make it work.

Not fair to make it work when it’s not what I paid for, but the fact they made it right in a big way is pretty cool.

Merida needs to learn how to put stuff in the trash.

Merida opens drawers and sneaks treats. (I’ve moved them now!) She stole a bag of treats out of my desk drawer, took them to her bed, and ate probably 50 minties. She left the evidence instead of just putting the empty bag in the trash.

Guess fresh breath is important to hound dogs too. 😉
