Some people get up and exercise. Others get a shower and go directly to work once their alarm goes off. One of the good things that comes with aging is that you care less and enjoy more. Oh, how I’ve missed this…
Yesterday morning, I didn’t take my coffee directly to the computer to check email and start my work day. I took that cup of coffee outside — along with my hound dogs — and just relaxed. I listened to the birds sing and watched the sun rise.
I felt relaxed and ready to start my day in a better mood. Still, sleep is one thing I struggle with always.
Over the years, Americans have been sleeping less and are more stressed.
I’m not sure if the Gallup poll should make me feel better since I’m in a group with 20% of all Americans… or if I should feel bad because about 80% of Americans sleep better than I do.
I might be sleep deprived, but…
On my few hours sleep, I personally handled around 600 pounds of stone yesterday. Check it out on shelleyerwin.com. 🙂
