Last night, I listened to Marc Weinberg, Chief Meteorologist at WDRB, talk about his forecast for today. I’m glad we got the first yard mowing of the season in the books because aside from the storms and wind, we’re supposed to get what he called “record breaking rainfall.”

Ole’ Marc rambled on about flooding for the last 20 minutes of his Facebook live video — saying it will likely claim lives and to never, EVER, drive through water on the roadway. I hear ya, Marc!
Oura Ring’s last quarter summary does not include mowing or weedeating.
Oura Ring tabulates daily data and supplies users with a quarterly summary. Of course, this last quarter didn’t have any of my mowing or weed eating activities to record. I figure it will be fun to compare this summary with the results tabulated 3 months from now.

It looks like I stay up too late, and I take just over 1 nap a week. Oura says those naps are good for me so I think I’ll take more of them. 🙂
My steps are WAY down this quarter. Who wants to exercise when it’s freaking freezing outside? Obviously, not me.
Here’s hoping tonight’s storms pass us by, the wind is light, and the rain is slight.
No matter where you are in the world, I hope that all severe weather passes by you quietly. ⛈️
Now you know: A boy, Martin Pistorius, was trapped in his own body for 12 years, fully conscious but unable to move or speak. Doctors thought he was in a vegetative state, but he later regained the ability to communicate and wrote a book (Ghost Boy) about his experience.
