My Oura ring detected an elevated temperature last night and warned me to take it easy today. My Apple watch said my respiratory rate was high and that major outlier meant I should also take a rest day. Not gonna’ lie…
Even with all the evidence of spring, I still feel icky.
Perry mowed the entire yard yesterday — I didn’t even offer to help. He had zero complaints.
Spring means there’s so much outside work to be done…
Today, I’m not going to think about the wood that needs to be stacked that was leftover from winter. I’m not going to think about the cardboard mountain in the garage that needs to be burned — it’s too windy to do that today anyway. I’m not even going to think about the hostas that are poking their heads through the dirt in the flower bed in the middle of weeds and holes dug by a certain dog throughout the winter months.
Intead, I’m going to do what my devices tell me to and take it easy today. 🙂
