Figuring it’s about time for hummingbirds to roll into the Ville, I cleaned my feeders and hung them outside. I’m ready for the little aviator guests — but they aren’t here yet!

In indiana, you may see a few in early April, but they should be here waiting for refreshments by the end of this month to early May. I can’t wait… I love to watch them. 🙂

Rex has sprayed the winter wheat and rather than the lush green we saw just a week or so ago, now it’s a brownish orange field.

So much to do!
There’s so much to do in the springtime! Because the forecast is for frost this weekend, the temptation to start too early is real. My inside plants can’t wait to get out for some real sunshine — but I don’t want to be carrying them in and out — so they must wait a bit longer.
