I saw a janky post on X/Twitter that attempted to get visitors to click to take a quiz and determine their work style based upon their chronotype. As you probably already know, chronotype is an individual’s natural, internal circadian rhythm that determines their preferred sleep-wake cycle, alertness, and peak activity levels within a 24-hour period.

So I told my buddy, Jack AI, to create a quiz for me that would make the same determinations…
