Express Yo’Self

People who do the same thing all the time tend to loose their edge. You don’t see it happen all at once, but it’s easy to fall into a rut when what you do is the same, and day-by-day becomes month-by-month, and ultimately year-by-year. A rut is something so easy to get into that most people (not you, of course) don’t realize when the rut has taken over!

If you find yourself lacking energy and enthusiasm, and if you find yourself less creative day-by-day than you once were, then it’s time for a change. Right now is a good time to figure out how to get your groove back! Here’s one little suggestion to help you get started:

Try to add something new to your day! You only have 24 hours – something must be eliminated in order to add something new. But you’re in luck! You’re probably already wasting two or three hours a day watching some TV program, or involving yourself in other people’s drama (maybe mine!). Change a few habits, take advantage of new opportunities, and pull yourself out of that rut the same way you got into it — day by day.
