Ben chose the restaurant — it was his birthday after all. When he said he wanted to eat at Kabuto’s, I planned to eat before I got to the restaurant. Sushi is NOT my thing.
Much to my surprise, Kabuto’s Japanese Steakhouse was awesome…and something different! They feature hibachi grills where your own private chef will serve you and your party right off the grill. As you watch your chef twirl a spatula and chop fresh veggies, he even takes time to interact with the dining party — flipping an occasional veggie for someone to catch (or attempt to catch) in their mouth.
I hope that Ben enjoyed his birthday bash as much as the rest of us!
